Family Mindfulness Workshops

These are so much fun!  We run half day workshops for parents, guardians and their children.

These are extensions of our children's circles to help self regulation, focus, concentration, emotions, anger issues, building resilience and growth mindsets.

We have guest speakers and mindfulness activities, games,Yoga, crafts, discussions along with relaxation and meditations.

We have a list of family resources to develop mindfulness in the family.

Limited spaces as always to keep the integrity of the workshop.
