Mindfulness for families

Gail teaches mindfulness classes and workshops for parents, guardians and their children. Children are naturally mindful and live a lot of their lives in the moment.  Developing mindfulness helps them strengthen their resilience to stressful situations or emotions.  It shows them how to observe thoughts and not to react to them straight away. It can give parents better informed choices and manage tantrums and moods.   It teaches children how other people only operate from their own conscious level and how not to take things personally.  It teaches them gratitude and how not to be attached to the material.
