Gail is a qualified Educational and Meditation Teacher with current enhanced DBS disclosure and teaching insurance.  Her and her team of Mindfulness Practitioners and Meditation Teachers visits Schools to advise on Mindfulness or to deliver Mindfulness sessions. Her work recently appeared on BBC Look North - Yorkshire.

Gail also runs in house training for staff wishing to embed meditation and mindfulness into their school or organisation.
