​Mondays -               Hatha 8-9pm
Tuesday -                Hatha 9.30-10.30am and 2.00-3.00pm (these classes do not run through 6 week school holidays)
Wednesdays-          Hatha 10.30-11.30am,  6.30-7.30pm
Thursdays-             Hatha 7-8pm and 8.15-9.15pm
Fridays -                  Yin Yoga 9.30am-10.30am then Hatha class 11.00am-12.00pm (these classes do not run through 6 weeks school holidays)

Zen Pilates


Qi gong & Meditation Classes with Gail Donnan 

Mondays 7.30-8.45pm 

This is a very gentle exercise class which includes breath work, controlled exercise and meditation over 75 minutes.

In the Five Elements system, Qi is defined as energy that is conducted through the body in the meridian pathways, which supplies the organs, the mind, body and the spirit. When the chi is balanced, a person remains well, when you imbalance you can become ill. It is an energy movement class mirroring the ancient Chinese movement of nature.  It is slower than Tai Chi.

Through slow motion, gentle, repetitive exercises you:
Stretch the body’s soft tissue to circulate bodily fluids and thereby upgrade body functions such as cardiovascular, immune, respiratory, digestive and nervous systems.
Gain access to the energy that powers your physical body
Allows you to apply your mind’s intent to move energy at will, which is a valuable skill to develop since energy governs all bodily functions and therefore determines your state of health.
