Buddha was asked, "What have you gained from meditation? He replied "Nothing! However, let me tell you what I have lost: Anger, Anxiety, Depression, Insecurity, Fear of old age and Death".

We have a daytime class on Wednesdays 11.30am-12.30pm £5 per person
Gentle relaxation on a Yoga Mat with pillow, blanket and eye pillow or a chair, breathing
techniques and a guided meditation.
Meditation & Healing Evening circles are held twice a month 6.30-7.30pm £5 per person
